Texas Pecan Brown Ale

Success! My first attempt at making Texas Honey Pecan Brown Ale worked out beautifully well, yielding one gallon of fermented pride. I didn’t really capture any pictures of the mash or the boil, I just wanted to make a short post about the achievement. If you’re curious and want the exact instructions that I followed, click here.
